::Super friendly and knowledgeable staff who go way out of their way to ensure you love your dives. They didn’t treat us like novices but were there to help anytime you needed. Matt in particular taught us so much. He’s a marine biologist and clearly loved everything in the water. Amazing dives.

::I dove with my Dad and brothers at Sam’s 10 years ago and I’m happy to be returning next week! Sam’s is top notch with excellent divers, facilities, boats, and beer! Sam’s was kind enough to give my father (Peter Wilson) a warm welcome when we last visited, even giving us a boat for a day of diving. We went down on a 450ft unmarked wreck called the Atsu Maru, which was an amazing blue water dive onto a massive ship that was sunk by the US when they attacked the Japanese in WWII. My Dad founded scuba diving in Palau so that was a very nice gesture which he very much appreciated. He “founded” diving in Palau because back in the 50-60s he had the only air compressor on the island (being director of fisheries). He explored all the reefs, channels and islands daily. I recall the war they raged against the crown of thorn starfish hordes which were ravaging the reefs. Last time we were there Tosh reminded him about the time Dad found Blue Hole, spotting the holes while cruising along the reef. They dove hundreds of places, often with double tanks and decompression stations with tanks dangling. Sam’s is family and I can’t wait to get there! See ya soon boys!
