Professional, corteous, and flexible staff from Rachel at the office, Joanna my diving instructor, great dive guides (and captains) Jake and Jack made it possible for me, family and friends to enjoy Palau way more than I had antecipated at reasonable competitive rates. They do a great job of telling you about the ocean life and specifically the unique sea creatures that pertain to each dive site.
