  There is a an observation deck at the top of the rock here at the sea plane ramp. It is up the the stair case located right nearby. It is not used by many of the guests at the hotel mostly because it is not know or advertised. It does offer spectacular views of the sunset that you cannot get from anywhere else around the resort. Bring your camera, you will not regret it.
