::I bumped up my reservation to take part in what I was told were really good happy hour deals, making it clear that I was in from out of town, but when I arrived they told me it was for locals only. I asked why this wasn't expressed to me & they didn't have much of a response but luckily my friends who are locals showed up & squashed the issue. I got the mangrove crab which was decent, same goes for the clam risotto - it was cooked well but needed more than three clams! The molten chocolate cake was really yummy. Unfortunately, the bottle of Aussie champagne was not. Bleck, so sweet. But overall, beautiful views, friendly service & really clean. Do go expecting to spend some money, it is one of the nicer restaurants in Koror, but I would definitely recommend.

::Probably the best food to be had in Palau. And the service is outstanding - always meeting our needs before we even know we had them - they love babies too! Try the grilled fish set lunch, just awesome.
