  Pablo seems to be an institution in Palau. He's been here for decades and he's a go-to person for various hair treatments. I haven't personally seen how his work holds up long term, but I know people who say it's permanent. He's very careful and thorough, and has a good eye. I don't know how the prices compare to their places in Palau for the same services. He seems to be the only person who does hair, so I lucked out going in on a slow day, but generally it didn't seem like you'd want to wait until the last minute before going. The place has 2 chairs, and I sat in 1 the whole time, while Pablo dos some haircuts during my long waits with various Hoop's in my hair. The parking lot is small but adequate given capacity of the shop. It looked like someone else did nails in the shop.
