  People compare it to Carl's, I heard that's what they're going for. The idea of quick, cheap food in Palau is certainly appealing. But I found a bug in my burger twice in a row, which was once more than I was willing to tolerate. Once in a while is acceptable, but I don't want to go into a meal where my food more likely than not to contain a crawling bug. To be fair, The bugs burgers were at the Koror location, but they serve the same food and presumably have the same practices and standards, and I haven't been able to disassociate the two enough to eat at the Airai location again, although I give it a higher review than the Koror one. Even without the bugs, it's a mediocre, thin, well-done slab of defrosted meat. Oh, and caveat emptor, as with so many places in Palau they douse everything in mayo as they default. The fries are shoestring and crispy, and not bad if that's your preferred fry style.
