  Regular small airport for a small island. Its sufficient and does its job. Easy to get a cab to take you to the city or the place you want to get.

  The ROR airport is not open 24h . When you are backpacking traveler you need to show on imigration service booking for accomedation.

  The airport itself is completely forgettable. Luckily there's only 1 flight at any given time and short lines, so you're in and out quickly. The facilities aren't great, but 4 stars for the fact that you don't have to be there crazy early or wait in long lines. As others have said, he exit and green fees come to $50, and one can pay by credit card. There's plenty of parking, and the lot is short- and long-term all together; Lucas can just leave their cars, walk in, then walk out when they return, which I doubt is the case in many places is the world, and it's very convenient. The old airport building houses the lounge and the quarantine office, at the latter of which they'll treat wooden souvenirs for bugs if your destination requires that.
